Welcome to the 2022 season!  There is always so much excitement in the air this time of year.  Graduations, parties, and school is coming to an end…but for many, it’s opening weekend that really kicks things into summer mode. As always the BOD and staff have been working tirelessly to get things up and running for the season.  We are happy to have our family bathroom completed and ready for members to use.  The family bathroom is the door to the right of the office.  It is a large room with a baby changing station and a shower.  This room is also handicap accessible.  Also, our clubhouse bathrooms got a nice facelift this season!

Our newsletters are full of important info!  There will be tons of info on swim/tennis/dive schedules coming very soon!

Opening Weekend – Memorial Day Weekend is the opening weekend!  Russell Mill will be open on Saturday from 11:00-6:00pm, Sunday 11:00am-6:00pm, and Monday from 11:00am-6:00pm.  Please be sure to check in at the greeter station every time you enter the club! The greeter station is the first window as you enter through the gate.  The greeter will check you in by last name. Thanks for following this process each time you enter!

Guest Passes Are Back – We are excited to announce that we will be welcoming guests back to our facility this year.  Please be sure to register your guests at the front desk.  There is an electronic waiver that each guest will need to fill out as well as a $10 per person fee.

COVID Safety Reminders –   We ask that if you are exhibiting COVID symptoms that you please stay home.  Please be sure to follow all Massachusetts and CDC guidelines for quarantining if you are positive.  Thank you for helping to keep all of our members and staff healthy and safe!

Trash –  Trash, especially food left from the grills, attracts critters at night and bees during the day.  Even when the staff empties the trash on a regular basis, it still remains a problem.  PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF and keep our club clean! We will have plastic trash bags available for your convenience as you check in, or anytime you request one, from the office.

Lost and Found – Every evening the staff gathers all items left behind and puts them in our lost and found area located on the clubhouse deck.  We will be clearing the lost and hound weekly so be sure to check regularly to see if you have left anything behind!

Lots going on in the tennis department this year!  As mentioned in previous communications our tennis courts are getting some much needed maintenence this year.  We anticipate that the work will be done in June and as soon as the courts are ready the season will get underway.  We can’t wait to see the new colors!

House Keeping Items

Pre-season Hours – Mon-Fri – 3:00pm -6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 6:00pm.

Entering and Exiting the Club – This cannot be stressed enough. The driveway closest to the clubhouse is the entrance. The driveway closest to the dumpster is the exit. Please inform your guests of this before their arrival.

Check-In Location –  upon entering the club your family needs to check in with the greeter.  If you have guests there is a $10 per guest fee.  Please be prepared to provide the greeter with the names of the members checking in daily.

Glass – Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. We have plastic cups in the office if you forget yours. Broken glass that gets in the pool is a serious situation that at minimum results in closure of the pool for multiple hours to ensure proper removal. In extreme cases, drainage is required

Trash – Please help us keep the club clean. We operate with a small maintenance staff. Please assist us by using the proper trash receptacles. If you notice one is full, alert a staff member.  Please take a moment to scan your tables, under your chairs etc. for trash before you leave.
