It’s Not The Heat…

Boy, it has been HOT!!  We hope you are enjoying your summer back at the pool.  We have the first week of lessons in the books.  Thanks for being patient as our staff makes changes to the system to reflect any lesson changes.

We had a great day of pickleball last Saturday.  Many families came out to try and had a blast.  We will be incorporating some pickleball instruction into our tennis lessons.  We will have pickleball paddles and balls for use in the office.  We ask that adults sign out the equipment and leave a license while you are using it.  Our pickleball equipment is very expensive and we would like to ensure we have it for many seasons to come!  If you would like to play pickleball and the nets are not out, see a member of our staff in the office and we will put them out for you.  We have a total of 4 pickleball nets and 2 tennis courts that are lined for pickleball.

Baby Pool Reminder!!  The baby pool is for children age 6 and under.  All children in the baby pool MUST be accompanied by an adult.  THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY IN THE BABY POOL. If there are children that are older than 6 or unsupervised in the baby pool they will be asked to leave the baby pool area.  This will be strictly enforced for the safety of out littlest members.  Thank you!

It can be hot on the courts during the day, be sure to send your kiddos out with plenty of water and sneakers.

We will be incorporating pickleball into our lessons for the remainder of the season.  It’s a great way to keep kids moving during lessons and is a fun easy game for everyone to play.

JT has reached out to the members of the tennis team, if you did not hear from him please let him know at practice or email him at

Please also watch the tennis bulletin boards for additional updates.  The board is located in the picnic area near the baby pool.  If you are interested in private lessons with JT please fill out the form here and he will get back to you with specific details.

Adult Tennis & Pickleball Updates

We have published adult tennis events on our adult tennis calendar.  If you would like to attend click on the day that you want and fill out the RSVP portion.  At any time you can check the event to see who else will be attending.  If you can not make it, please update your RSVP to let JT know.

We are looking for any adult (or kids) who are interested in evening pickleball opportunities.  These events will not be run by staff, but we can help organize those that would like to meet at the club for round robin play.  If you are interested in playing pickleball please email with the day that you would like to play and we will see if there is enough interest to plan something.
