Summer is finally in full swing here at the pool! A few reminders to help us keep all members safe this summer:
This year we have added additional resources for our members to receive information about the club. You will notice on the left links to our social media streams as well as text reminders using the remind app. In addition, we will update the website with a pop up box if there is important time sensitive information (i.e. lessons canceled due to weather). As always, if you can’t find the information you need please call the office and someone can answer your question.
If you have not picked up your apparel order swing by the office and the greeter on duty will have it for you!
Our practice meet was a great success and we can’t wait to get the season started with our first meet on July 8th at CS&T. If you are unable to attend a meet please visit the swim section of the members corner page and use the meet attendance form to sign them out of the meet. Please submit one form for each child. It is important that coaches know 48 hours (or more) if someone isn’t attending a meet so they can adjust the roster accordingly. We have also updates sign up genius with our meet volunteer needs. Please sign up to help out at the meets. They can not run smoothly without your help!
We have had great feedback on the new format for our lessons. We hope your kids are enjoying them and learning a lot. Please note the schedule for the boys tennis team has been updated on the tennis section of the members corner. If your child is not able to attend a match please email Jesse at firstname.lastname@example.org
The B Team match for is cancelled this week due to the holiday.
IMPORTANT UPDATES TO THE ADULT TENNIS PROGRAM!!
We have moved the sign ups for all the adult programs from esoft to the website. We made this switch to allow for weekly sign ups. In order to ensure adequate staffing we ask that you sign up for each class, in the case of stroke of the week please sign up before Monday. To sign up just click the class on the schedule below and sign up in the RSVP box. You will also be able to see the names of the other participants who have signed up for that class. Please be sure to enter your email or phone number so Jesse can contact you in case there is a weather related issue.
IF YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR A CLASS THROUGH ESOFT PLEASE GO ON THE WEBSITE AND SIGN UP AGAIN. BE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR EACH CLASS/SESSION YOU WANT TO ATTEND. We are sorry for the inconvenience as we work through the wrinkles in this new process.
IMPORTANT SCHEDULE CHANGES:
Entering and Exiting the Club – This cannot be stressed enough. The driveway closest to the clubhouse is the entrance. The driveway closest to the dumpster is the exit. Please inform your guests of this before their arrival.
New Check-In Location – upon entering the club your family needs to check in with the greeter. If you have guests there is a $5 per guest fee. Please be prepared to provide the greeter with the names of the members checking in daily. The greeters station has moved to a window near the office doors.
Glass – Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. We have plastic cups in the office if you forget yours. Broken glass that gets in the pool is a serious situation that at minimum results in closure of the pool for multiple hours to ensure proper removal. In extreme cases, drainage is required
Trash – Please help us keep the club clean. We operate with a small maintenance staff. Please assist us by using the proper trash receptacles. If you notice one is full, alert a staff member. Please take a moment to scan your tables, under your chairs etc. for trash before you leave.
General & Operational Inquiries – please contact Andy Shupe, General Manager at email@example.com
Swim Inquiries – please contact Craig Vitale, Assistant Manager and Head Swim Coach at firstname.lastname@example.org
Tennis Inquiries – please contact Jesse Gaboury at email@example.com
Membership Inquiries – please contact Helaine Kaplan, Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org
