We had the incorrect version of the Swim Meet schedule linked on the swim page. It has been updated! The CS&T meet has been confirmed for 7/7. Get ready to make them Eat Our Bubbles!!!
Our Swim & Dive parents are busy putting together some fun events for pre and post swim meets. We will have some food trucks providing food at some of our home meets and a chuck a duck fundraiser on July 28th. All money raised during the season is put towards our end of the season banquet. This year the banquet will be held on August 15th. More info will be out soon on the format and timing.
We will have a parent/care giver meeting the week of June 21st. Specific date and time will be announced soon. The meeting will take place in the morning during practice time. At this meeting our head coach, Craig Vitale, and his staff will go over all the important information on practices and meets and also the volunteer opportunities for all swim parents/care givers.
It takes a village to run a swim meet! We have updated our Sign Up Genius with the needs for this year. Please consider signing up to help our meets run smooth! We can’t do it without you. Find the link to sign up on the members corner page or click here.
Our new backstroke flags are going up this week, just in time for practice to start! It’s going to be a great season!

We would like to extend a warm Russell Mill welcome to Jonathan Tyler (JT) as our new head of RM Tennis. He is very excited to start to work with the kids on their tennis game. He will be working with area clubs this week to put together a match schedule for the team. The goal will be to have match play weekly, whether it’s competitive intra-squad round robins or matches with other clubs, there will be match play every week. If you have a new player that is interested and hasn’t signed up yet please do so. We welcome all levels of play on the team, so if you are new to the sport and want to get more match experience please sign up!

We have had alot of interest in adult programs. We know there are members interested in Cardio Tennis and Men’s round robins. Please reach out to JT if there is other adult programming you are interested in and let him know what nights work. We will be looking at what nights people are interested in attending adult events and will let you know by the end of the week.
If you are interested in private lessons with JT, he can be reached at tennis@russellmill.com and would be happy to set something up with you!
Preseason Hours – Mon-Thurs – 3:00pm -6:00pm, Friday 3:00pm – 6:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 6:00pm.
Entering and Exiting the Club – This cannot be stressed enough. The driveway closest to the clubhouse is the entrance. The driveway closest to the dumpster is the exit. Please inform your guests of this before their arrival.
Check-In Location – upon entering the club your family needs to check in with the greeter. If you have guests there is a $5 per guest fee. Please be prepared to provide the greeter with the names of the members checking in daily.
Glass – Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. We have plastic cups in the office if you forget yours. Broken glass that gets in the pool is a serious situation that at minimum results in closure of the pool for multiple hours to ensure proper removal. In extreme cases, drainage is required
Trash – Please help us keep the club clean. We operate with a small maintenance staff. Please assist us by using the proper trash receptacles. If you notice one is full, alert a staff member. Please take a moment to scan your tables, under your chairs etc. for trash before you leave.
