Opening Weekend: What an amazing start to our 2022 summer season! It filled us with pride to see returning members and new members enjoy the beautiful weather while at the club. Heavenly Dogs was a hit!  Many enjoyed their hot dogs and refreshing fresh-squeezed lemonades. They will be at the club more regularly.  Lastly, please make sure to catch Andy’s email, from earlier in the week, about the club rules and etiquette. We all want to have a fun and safe summer!

*NEW* ONLINE GUEST PASSES: On the day of your guest’s visit, members can now purchase guest passes  online. Head over to the Members Corner of our website to purchase passes and complete waivers. Reserving the guest passes online allows for a faster check-in process. Email to follow with process further explain.

COVID Safety Reminders : We ask that if you are exhibiting COVID symptoms that you please stay home.  Please be sure to follow all Massachusetts and CDC guidelines for quarantining if you are positive.  Thank you for helping to keep all of our members and staff healthy and safe!

Parking Lot: Obey all signs in our front parking lot. It’s imperative in keeping our members safe. The overflow lot will be getting new gravel soon.

Tennis Courts: TEMPORARILY CLOSED while court repairs are completed. This work will start this week and we will update members when they are ready for play!

Swim & Dive Updates

Follow The Swim Team

We are only weeks away from the start of our swim and dive teams’ season!  Practices will start June 20th, while lessons will start the week of June 27th. This week, Craig will be updating us on the meet schedule-so be on the lookout! Later this month, he will be holding a parent information session to inform parents about the team expectations and meet responsibilities.

We have partnered with SwimOutlet.com for our 2022 Swim & Tennis team gear.  Gear is not required to participate on the teams or during team events, but it is a fun way to support the club.  Purchases can be made: https://www.swimoutlet.com/russellmill/ and prices vary based on swim outlet deals.

Youth Tennis Updates

Starting this week, our courts will be getting redone! They will be painted US Open blue which will compliment our club quite nicely. The NEW courts will be ready to go for the week of June 27th. Dave Branco is gearing up to head our tennis programming, so check back for more info in the weeks to come.

Adult Tennis & Pickleball Updates

Our new tennis director, Dave Branco, and the activities board met this week to discuss our adult tennis and pickleball events. Our goal is increase member participation on our courts and build our adult tennis community. We will be announcing our 2022 summer plans next week!

Upcoming Social Events

House Keeping Items

Preseason Hours – Mon-Fri – 3pm -6pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 6:00pm.

Entering and Exiting the Club – This cannot be stressed enough. The driveway closest to the clubhouse is the entrance. The driveway closest to the dumpster is the exit. Please inform your guests of this before their arrival.

Check-In Location –  upon entering the club your family needs to check in with the greeter.  If you have guests there is a $10 per guest fee.  Please be prepared to provide the greeter with the names of the members checking in daily.

Glass – Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. We have plastic cups in the office if you forget yours. Broken glass that gets in the pool is a serious situation that at minimum results in closure of the pool for multiple hours to ensure proper removal. In extreme cases, drainage is required

Trash – Please help us keep the club clean. We operate with a small maintenance staff. Please assist us by using the proper trash receptacles. If you notice one is full, alert a staff member.  Please take a moment to scan your tables, under your chairs etc. for trash before you leave.
