Happy Summer!
Our season has offically started and so do our summer hours-
Regular Season Hours
Mon – Friday 12 – 8:00, Sat & Sun 11:00 – 8:00
Our swim and dive teams start practicing this week! As the season gets started, it’s important to note- for home meets, the pool closes an hour before the meet starts (2:30 pm) and does not reopen until 6pm or later. Our only home meet this season that will impact our general membership is on Wednesday, July 6th.
RESCHEDULED EVENT: Family Trivia Night will be held on Thursday, June 30th at 6:30 pm. $10 entry fee per team. There will be prizes!
*New Members* Please join us on Sunday, June 26th from 5-7 on our clubhouse deck for a new members social. This is a great event to connect with fellow new members! Rain or Shine- we’ll head inside the clubhouse if it rains.
The Activities Committee is excited to announce our partnership with the Chelmsford Public Library’s Pop-Up Library! Starting Monday, July 27th at 10 am the Pop-Library will visit us biweekly on Mondays. They will also visit us biweekly on Tuesdays at 11am, starting on July 5th! We hope to include some story times with their visits. Make sure you have a current library card to check out books!
Swim & Dive Updates
Practice starts tomorrow! Coach Craig and his team of coaches are excited to get the team together and kick off the season! Coach Craig will be holding an information meeting at 10:30 am on 6/30. Thank you for those members who have already signed up to volunteer! In order to run a swim meet, we need many parent volunteers. We ask that each family tries to volunteer a minimum of two times if their child participates on the swim team. Click here to volunteer!
SWIM CAPS ARE ON SALE NOW THROUGH 6/23
Swim Caps are on sale for a limited time. We are required to place a bulk order for personalized caps, so orders need to be placed on 6/23 in order to have them for the season!

Youth Tennis Updates
Thank you for your patience while the courts are getting redone. We should be seeing the new colors, and the return of the nets and posts this week!
Attention all A team or B team members, there will be a meet and greet with Coach Dave on Friday, June 24th from 4-5pm. Bring your racquets and be ready to hit the ball around. The Schedule has been published! Click here for the 2022 Tennis Team Schedule.
We have partnered with SwimOutlet.com for our 2022 Swim & Tennis team gear. Gear is not required to participate on the teams or during team events, but it is a fun way to support the club. Purchases can be made: https://www.swimoutlet.com/russellmill/ and prices vary based on swim outlet deals.
Adult Tennis Updates
Our adult tennis and pickleball activities start up next week. Starting on June 29th, we will have Coffee and Tennis from 7-8 am. Every Wednesday, come pick up a game and get to know other members who share a love of tennis.
Starting June 30th and continuing every Thursday evening from 7-9:30pm we will have an adult social night. Coach Dave will be available to teach the game (tennis and/or pickleball) to those who are new to the sport while our more experienced members pick up some matches. All ability levels welcome! Afterwards, we will have a BYOB and BYOsnacks on our deck! This should be a fun time!

House Keeping Items
Season Hours – Mon-Fri 12:00-8:00 pm Saturday & Sunday 11:00am – 8:00pm.
Entering and Exiting the Club – This cannot be stressed enough. The driveway closest to the clubhouse is the entrance. The driveway closest to the dumpster is the exit. Please inform your guests of this before their arrival.
Check-In Location – upon entering the club your family needs to check in with the greeter. If you have guests there is a $10 per guest fee. You can purchase the pass ahead of time online https://russellmill.com/product/guest-pass-online/. Please be prepared to provide the greeter with the names of the members checking in daily.
Glass – Glass is not allowed on the pool deck. We have plastic cups in the office if you forget yours. Broken glass that gets in the pool is a serious situation that at minimum results in closure of the pool for multiple hours to ensure proper removal.
Trash – Please help us keep the club clean. Please take a moment to scan your tables, under your chairs etc. for trash before you leave.
